About the role

  • Support national and international financial services providers within multidisciplinary consulting projects
  • Support financial institutions in the agile transformation and digitalization of their organizational and process structures
  • Accompany projects through change management and communications support to ensure sustainable project success
  • Advise InsurTechs on expanding existing and developing new business areas
  • Provide expert advice to our clients on the analysis and implementation of legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Successfully completed undergraduate studies and initial experience (internship, working-student position, or vocational training) in the financial services sector or in consulting
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and common collaboration tools
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
