About the role

  • Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation (Local File, Master File, benchmarking analyses)
  • Design, implement and document TP policies and strategies
  • Conduct functional interviews and factual analyses to understand clients’ value chains
  • Advise clients on the TP implications of new business models, restructurings, intercompany agreements, and cross-border arrangements
  • Prepare financial models and economic analyses to support TP positions
  • Support clients in tax audits and revenue authority reviews

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax (Big 4 or industry experience beneficial)
  • Professional qualification: ACA/ACCA/CTA/equivalent (or progressing toward qualification)
  • Knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local Irish TP rules
  • Experience with TP databases (e.g., Refinitiv, Moody’s BvD, etc.) desirable
