About the role

  • Develop and maintain data architectures for complex digital health platforms, including integration of clinical and administrative data sources
  • Design and implement data models for structured and unstructured health data, taking interoperability standards into account (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance, with a particular focus on data protection (GDPR) and regulatory requirements in healthcare
  • Advise project teams and stakeholders on best practices in data management, cloud architectures, and big data technologies
  • Evaluate and introduce modern technologies such as data lakes, ETL processes, API management, and AI-driven analytics to improve patient care

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of data architecture and data modeling, ideally in the context of digital health or healthcare IT
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) as well as database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and ETL tools
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience designing and implementing data solutions, complemented by German and English proficiency at C1 level
