About the role

  • Ensure compliance with technological standards, acceptance criteria, and quality prior to deployment.
  • Serve as the focal point between stakeholders and leadership, ensuring understanding and delivery of business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional areas and internal/external vendors.
  • Conduct risk assessments, propose mitigation strategies, and develop contingency plans.
  • Create, present, and maintain project plans, including budget, schedule, WBS, estimates, and documentation.
  • Manage teams and projects using established methodologies, change control, tools, and governance processes.
  • Oversee the budget and track costs versus forecast.
  • Monitor project progress and generate reports for stakeholders and consuming areas.
  • Perform preliminary review of requests, evaluating requirements and strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Advanced English (C1) – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience leading large release cycles.
  • Knowledge of banking, financial services, and capital markets operations is desirable.
  • Application development and software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Technical documentation and IT support.
  • Change management.
  • Project management and corporate implementations.
  • Leadership and strategic planning.
  • MS Project, Azure DevOps (TFS), Smartsheet, and project budget interfaces integrated with accounting systems.
  • Preparation of business cases, budgets, and feasibility analyses.
  • Risk, issue, requirement management and governance.
  • PMP and CSM certifications (or equivalents) are a plus.
