Leverage your extensive Charles River Development (CRD) expertise and SaaS experience to design, implement, and support cutting-edge investment management solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, configure innovative workflows, manage seamless integrations, and ensure a smooth transition to CRD’s SaaS platform, all while maintaining peak operational efficiency and compliance alignment.
Drive multiple high-impact implementation projects across trading, compliance, portfolio management, and post-trade functions.
Partner with senior stakeholders across technology and business teams to ensure CRD solutions are robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with the firm’s strategic vision.
Lead multiple CRD implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end, from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
Drive and oversee CRD platform configuration, compliance rule setup, workflows, and integration points across modules.
Ensure seamless data flows through CRD data loader, FIX connectivity, SDK, APIs and other integration tools maintaining reliability and performance across environments.
Establish data governance and quality control framework with CRD, ensuring consistency across upstream and downstream systems.
Manage a team of business analysts, providing mentorship, technical guidance and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience
Your degree should be in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred
A minimum of 5+ years of experience working at a financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services company
Experience working in a Hedge Fund, Wealth/Asset Management company or as a Management Consultant in one of these companies
5+ years of hands-on Charles River (CRD/CRIMS) experience
Demonstrated experience leading and supporting SaaS migrations, including transition from on-premise environments to cloud-hosted solutions
Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture, design, development, implementation, conversion and testing
Strong communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
Comfortable researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
Strong experience in supervising and executing all phases of the technology life cycle, based on proven project management and testing methodologies
Must possess a deep knowledge of technical architecture design and have a good understanding of technology tools and components to reasonably argue for and against all components (middleware, database, reporting tools, etc.) in financial systems architecture
Willingness and ability to travel, you must hold a passport and a valid drivers license
