About the role
- Possess an understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts
- Adapt audit methodology to the client's changing environment
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
- Supervise day-to-day fieldwork and manage team performance
- Develop people through effective delegation of tasks and by providing guidance and mentorship
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Intermediate proficiency in English
- Professional experience in external audit
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Project management skills
- Commitment to teamwork and leadership
- Active CRC registration (preferred)
- Knowledge of US and BR GAAP, IFRS, CVM and SEC regulations (preferred)
- Knowledge of SOX (preferred)
