Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance/accounting/consulting
Knowledge of accounting for financial institutions
Practical experience in IFRS and financial reporting
Analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and good communication skills
Advanced English proficiency
Technical skills: Advanced Excel; familiarity with Power BI (beginner-intermediate level) and SQL (beginner-intermediate level) would be an advantage
Experience in finance transformation projects, ERP, BI, or automation / Consulting or projects in the banking sector / Financial auditing for financial institutions
