About the role

  • Research and create financial indicators that affect the value of a transaction.
  • Prepare and analyze reports for Financial Due Diligence.
  • Present analysis in financial reports for M&A processes.
  • Justify and explain analysis for client negotiations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance or similar.
  • Knowledge and interest in accounting, financial analysis or related.
  • High level in English (B2-C1).
  • High level of Power Office tools.
  • Ideally, Master's in financial sector (economic analysis, banking and finance, actuarial or similar).
  • Experience in Auditing or transaction processes in Big Four or similar consulting companies.
  • Knowledge in Power Query, Power-BI, VBA, SQL, or other ETLs for information preparation and cleaning.
  • Work experience 1-3 years.
  • Knowledge in other languages (French, German, Portuguese…).
