You will be supporting pursuits and be the point of contact for our Global Clients, to support for the design, implementation and governance of a globally consistent, standardised and centrally driven financial statement preparation process.
Lead and manage a team responsible for delivering statutory reporting services, including but not limited to statutory financial statement preparation and GAAP Bridging
Collaborate closely with clients, understand their challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to improve financial operations, add value, and contribute to their success.

Requirements

Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
An ability to distil complex concepts into simple messages;
Extensive accounting experience in finance operations or accounting roles, within a professional services firm with thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to effectively manage client engagements and lead a team.
Analytical acumen with the ability to interpret complex financial data, provide strategic insights, and drive impactful solutions.
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
GAAP bridging and Statutory Financial statement preparation experience;
Understanding and experience working with various ERP reporting solutions;
Experience working with Financial Statement preparation tools (eg. Caseware, Workiva, Thomson Reuters)
Experience coaching and developing junior staff;
Experience at an international level.
