About the role

  • Manage clients' cash flow;
  • Monitor daily payment flows;
  • Execute accounts payable processes within the Protheus (TOTVS) ERP system and on bank websites;
  • Interact with clients daily to resolve details/issues related to payment processing;
  • Contribute ideas and opinions and be receptive to the perspectives of other team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics;
  • Experience in accounts payable routines;
  • Knowledge of CNAB bank file formats for accounts payable and financial bank reconciliation;
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills;
