About the role
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure the quality of software products
- Work to understand software requirements
- Identify and resolve defects and improve the overall software testing process
- Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CICD) processes
- Diagnose and remediate software defects
- Responsible for system integration testing, including automation, of newly developed or enhanced applications
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or another related major
- Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience
- Familiar with at least one prominent actuarial modeling software platform
- Strong writing, presentation, conceptual, analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills
- A proven ability to manage time while working on multiple, often shifting, projects
