About the role
- Lead development of flagship, multi-client activations (EY-hosted and third‑party)
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Architect multi‑faceted channel plans tailored to priority buyers
- Translate sector priorities into named-account marketing plans for O&G&C and P&U
- Set objectives and instrument campaigns for cross‑channel performance reporting
- Coordinate effectively with sector boards, account teams, PR, digital, alliances, and pursuits
- Apply project management methodologies and portfolio discipline
Requirements
- 5–7 years in B2B marketing
- direct ABM experience supporting complex services or solutions
- demonstrated experience in large event/activation management and multi‑channel program delivery
- familiarity with energy sector dynamics (O&G&C and P&U) or adjacent industrials
- proficiency with marketing automation, analytics dashboards, and collaboration tools used within BMC
- experience supporting development of thought leadership and content
- strong writing, briefing, and stakeholder communication skills
