About the role

  • Lead development of flagship, multi-client activations (EY-hosted and third‑party)
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Architect multi‑faceted channel plans tailored to priority buyers
  • Translate sector priorities into named-account marketing plans for O&G&C and P&U
  • Set objectives and instrument campaigns for cross‑channel performance reporting
  • Coordinate effectively with sector boards, account teams, PR, digital, alliances, and pursuits
  • Apply project management methodologies and portfolio discipline

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in B2B marketing
  • direct ABM experience supporting complex services or solutions
  • demonstrated experience in large event/activation management and multi‑channel program delivery
  • familiarity with energy sector dynamics (O&G&C and P&U) or adjacent industrials
  • proficiency with marketing automation, analytics dashboards, and collaboration tools used within BMC
  • experience supporting development of thought leadership and content
  • strong writing, briefing, and stakeholder communication skills
