About the role

  • Responsible for advising our clients on topics related to Data Engineering and Data Science.
  • Leading projects to build and operate scalable data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) for our clients in the financial sector.
  • Developing Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to demonstrate innovative technologies using modern cloud and AI technologies in client engagements.
  • Actively contributing to the development of cloud-based data architectures.
  • Leading and mentoring analyst and developer teams, promoting collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Managing consulting projects, including project planning and stakeholder communication.
  • Working directly with clients to analyze requirements and implement tailored solutions.
  • Supporting business development through sales activities and building client relationships.
  • Coordinating nearshore and distributed teams to ensure smooth collaboration.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in (business) computer science, (business) mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering, or another field with a technological-analytical background
  • Expertise in designing architectures for cloud-based data platforms and AI-driven solutions (certification and practical experience with Snowflake or Databricks is a plus), programming skills, ability to develop PoCs, proven experience leading distributed analyst and (nearshore) developer teams, as well as strong consulting skills and project management experience in the financial sector
  • Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English.
