About the role
- Lead complex engagements and manage clients’ compliance and reporting needs
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships
- Manage day-to-day client engagements and monitor progress
- Supervise high-performing teams and build a positive learning culture
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or any related essential fields
- MBA, master’s or another related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, developments in a large professional services company or similar environment
- Strong background in tax accounting and tax auditing
- Experience with multinational clients and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
