About the role

  • Defining business requirements
  • Identifying relevant and necessary data for business analysis.
  • Collaborating with Data Engineers to determine and identify appropriate data sources that meet business requirements, and to define new processes that improve data collection for analysis
  • Performing data profiling, cleansing, and transformation activities
  • Creating scalable and efficient data models for reporting purposes
  • Analyzing and visualizing data using technologies such as data mining, data exploration, Power BI, QlikSense, and Tableau, to generate insights that address business stakeholders’ questions
  • Managing end-to-end analytical projects: from understanding business needs to effectively communicating analysis results through data storytelling

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or scientific disciplines.
  • 2–4 years of experience on projects in the industrial sector, preferably in consulting firms
  • Front-end development skills using Qlik and Power BI
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of PowerQuery
  • Knowledge of DAX language
  • Skills in statistics
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ideally, you’ll also have B2 in Italian is a plus
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore emerging technologies in the Data & AI space (e.g., Generative AI, machine learning, MLOps).
