About the role
- Supporting client engagements by coordinating day-to-day interactions with clients
- Reviewing staff work product
- Driving delivery of services to meet deadlines
- Developing internal team members
- Managing engagement economics
- Continuously building on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and legislation that impact clients
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent experience in business or industry
- CPA or JD
- Broad exposure to state and local taxation
- Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment
- A proven record in a professional services environment (ideally)
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues (ideally)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (ideally)
