Bachelor’s degree
5 or more years of relevant professional work experience as a project manager and business analyst
Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
5 or more years supporting DHS components
5 or more years managerial and hands-on experience supporting the DHS components’ acquisition and investment management processes and associated deliverables
Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation
Well-organized with a track-record of producing high-quality deliverables on time
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance or higher.
