About the role

  • You will be responsible for developing PoCs and APIs, conducting feasibility studies, preparing technical reports, and presenting strategic recommendations to stakeholders, promoting scalable AI solutions with security and governance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, AI Governance, Solution Architecture, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain or LlamaIndex).
  • Proficiency in Python, API development (FastAPI/Flask), and containerization with Docker.
  • Basic understanding of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
  • Analytical thinking and structuring: ability to translate business problems into technical recommendations.
  • Storytelling and executive communication: translate technical concepts into cost and risk impacts.
  • Governance perspective: awareness of AI ethics, LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) applied to synthetic data, and model monitoring (LLMOps).
  • Strong communication, organization, critical thinking, and the ability to produce technical materials for documentation and standardization of the AI solution lifecycle.
