About the role
- Manage high volume end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously
- Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes while maintaining quality standards
- Develop strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
- Provide recruitment updates and regular MI to key stakeholders
- Work with onshore and offshore resources to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
- Source top-tier talent using various platforms and techniques
- Lead pre-screening conversations to evaluate candidate skills and experience
- Drive evaluation and selection processes, coaching interviewers as needed
- Embed DEI principles into sourcing and selection
- Leverage dashboards and data insights for hiring decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment systems and best practices
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and tools
- Track record of success in sourcing technical talent
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritisation
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Previous Account/Stakeholder Management experience within financial services (added advantage)
