About the role
- Shape the technical solution in major proposals and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends
- Identify opportunities for integration modernization, data migration services, and analytics transformation across various sectors
- Build and nurture relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and enterprise architecture teams to drive collaboration and business growth
- Build and scale a local technical team specializing in integration, data migration, reporting, and automation, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Develop clear career paths and technical training programs to enhance team capabilities and support professional growth
- Develop packaged offerings such as Integration Assessment, Data Migration Factory, and Reporting Modernization to meet client demands
- Create accelerators for connectors, ETL mappings, data validation, and test automation to streamline project delivery
- Establish integration patterns and frameworks in collaboration with Azure, AWS, Boomi, and MuleSoft alliances to enhance service offerings
- Provide architecture oversight on integration, data, and analytics workstreams, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards
- Ensure that technical designs comply with security, compliance, and performance standards, mitigating risks associated with data handling and integration
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of technical delivery experience with strong exposure to Oracle Fusion integration
- Demonstrated experience shaping technical solutions in a consulting business development environment, with a focus on client engagement and solution design
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex technical projects, driving successful outcomes for clients.
