About the role

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with CFO function key stakeholders
  • Conduct needs assessments by asking insightful questions and documenting finance process pain points
  • Design and present solution blueprints that integrate RPA, AI/ML, Data Analytics, ERP such as SAP, Oracle, and database technologies
  • Manage & author RFP responses, prepare and deliver product/service demonstrations
  • Author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and detailed solution-design artifacts
  • Collaborate closely with client IT teams on technical integration and implementation considerations
  • Mentor and guide a team of 2–4 techno-functional resources
  • Travel to client site as required

Requirements

  • 5+ years of techno-functional consulting or similar experience
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree; CA, MBA, or equivalent finance/technology background preferred
  • Fundamental understanding of Python basics, RPA, AI/ML, Data Analytics, SAP, Oracle, and database concepts (no hands-on coding required)
  • Proven track record of leading small teams (2–4 resources) to deliver client solutions
  • Decent PowerPoint presentation skills and strong written communication.
