About the role

  • Assist in delivering HR transformation projects, including organization design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Support clients in areas such as global mobility, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and managers to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and regulatory changes impacting HR practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Master of Commerce
  • Master of Business Administration
  • Master’s Degree (MBA/PGDM)
  • Exposure to global mobility, compensation & benefits, or HR transformation projects will be an added advantage.
  • 0–3 years of experience in People Advisory Services.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of HR technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze workforce data and provide insights using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, taxation related to employee mobility, and global HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
