- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes in close collaboration with the business
- Advise leaders and stakeholders on recruitment and candidate market
- Ensure high quality in candidate experience – from screening to hiring
- Work structured in SuccessFactors and ensure correct documentation and process compliance
- Actively contribute to the team's daily task solution and priorities
Requirements
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist in a larger organization
- Ability to work independently and structured
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with or experience in SuccessFactors
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Experience from a consulting role or internal TA function in a larger, preferably international organization
