About the role

  • Support transformation initiatives that align with strategic goals
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks
  • Apply Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum) to manage risk and resources across workstreams
  • Develop compelling business cases and ideation frameworks to secure executive buy-in for $1M+ initiatives
  • Direct change management strategies for large-scale transformations, advising C-Suite leaders
  • Demonstrate technical capabilities on Telco Technology domain and possess strong business acumen
  • Consistently deliver quality client services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in related technology field (Telecom Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience around Telecom B/OSS and Network infrastructure, Network Data management
  • Prior consulting industry experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in delivering Telcom Technology evolution projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
  • Experience managing a Telecom technology strategy project or workstream and project-based team members
  • Deep Technical and Business knowledge on Autonomous Networks, 5G, HFC, CAMARA, ODA
  • Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
  • A willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs – 60 – 80%
