About the role
- Develop and implement TPRM strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments of third-party vendors, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Manage client implementations of TPRM programmes across industries and risk domains.
- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Deliver presentations and reports to clients and senior management, articulating findings and recommendations clearly.
- Assist in account management activities including business development, financial management of engagements, and quality and risk management.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Promote knowledge sharing within the team and across the organisation.
Requirements
- 5-10 years experience in risk management, project management, or related fields within consulting or professional services.
- Expertise in TPRM frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Proven experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Prince2, PMP, CTPRP, or equivalent.
- Experience in regulatory resilience programmes and vendor risk assurance.
