About the role

  • Leverage experience in payroll domain to deliver HR and Payroll transformation projects for global clients, in collaboration with other GDS teams and other EY member firms
  • Analyse and evaluate existing payroll systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Configure and customize Dayforce Payroll software to align with business requirements
  • Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct system testing, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions or enhancements
  • Provide end-user training and support during implementation and post-implementation phases
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, investigating root causes and implementing preventive measures
  • Stay updated with Dayforce payroll functionality, new releases, and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dayforce Payroll with other modules (HR, Finance, Time Management)
  • Participate in payroll-related projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations
  • Drive effective client communication and build strong relationships with stakeholders across global locations

Requirements

  • 6 - 9 years of experience in Payroll operations and consulting domain
  • Minimum 4-5 years in Dayforce Payroll
  • B.Tech/Master’s degree in finance/HR or full time MBA
  • Hands-on experience in Payroll configuration, compliance, and integrations within Dayforce
  • Strong knowledge of global payroll processes and statutory requirements
