About the role

  • Develop and implement AI-powered solutions and GenAI applications
  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and cloud-native AI tools
  • Guide teams in defining AI architecture blueprints
  • Maintain AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices
  • Collaborate with cloud and DevOps teams for project delivery

Requirements

  • BE/BTech/MCA with 8–12 years of experience
  • 3–5 years of AI/ML/GenAI architecture and solutioning experience
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end HR process lifecycle
  • Programming: Python (preferred), Java, or Node.js
  • Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral)
  • Architectural Experience: RAG design, Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Cloud AI Platforms: AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI
  • Data & Storage: SQL/NoSQL (MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Security & Compliance: OAuth/SAML
  • Data visualization: Power BI, Tableau
