About the role
- Advise clients on preserving, optimizing, raising or investing capital
- Deliver projects in areas of market entry strategy, commercial due diligence, business planning, operational assessment, and financial projection planning
- Supervise and participate in assignments focusing on debt restructuring and cash monitoring
- Conduct financial due diligence, examining financial and business risks for M&A transactions
- Advise on business plans and prepare financial/tax reporting
Requirements
- Senior year with degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business related fields
- Interested in Corporate Finance or Financial Advisory related
- Be able to work well in a dynamic environment and demanding situations
- Excellent command of spoken and written both Thai and English
- Be able to work full time internship (5 days per week).
