About the role
- Lead and oversee corporate finance and valuation engagements
- Manage client assignments from inception through completion
- Collaborate effectively with client management
- Act as a strategic advisor to management aimed at improving business performance
- Establish and cultivate robust client relationships
- Mentor and supervise junior team members
- Remain current with industry advancements and integrate insights into client offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- At least 5 years of related real estate work experience; or a graduate degree and at least 4 years of related real estate work experience
- Advanced understanding of real estate fundamentals and corporate finance principles
- Proficient in developing financial models independently
- Significant experience in valuation, corporate finance, or financial advisory within the real estate sector
- Prior experience in valuation and corporate finance within a professional services or Big 4 environment is ideal
- Experience with ARGUS real estate modeling software and proficiency with AI tools is preferred
