About the role

  • Drive the design and execution of change management strategies for SAP implementations
  • Assess organizational impacts of ERP programs
  • Develop workforce transition plans to enable successful adoption
  • Build strong relationships with client leadership
  • Ensure clear communication of program objectives and benefits
  • Develop and implement change plans and communication programs
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Identify opportunities to expand ERP change services

Requirements

  • A related bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or Information Systems
  • 3–5 years of experience in ERP change management, preferably with SAP implementations
  • PROSCI or equivalent Change Management certification (asset)
  • Experience delivering change solutions across project lifecycles: Assessment, Design, and Implementation
  • Project management experience; PMP certification is an asset
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an advantage
  • Flexibility to travel (approximately 30%)
