About the role
- Serve as the primary contact for national media
- Drive the execution of local media and public relations initiatives by collaborating closely with leadership and professionals to enhance EY’s positive public profile
- Develop and promote thought leadership in priority focus areas, ensuring alignment with the Nordic strategic direction
- Manage crisis communications by providing guidance to spokespersons and management, and act as a media spokesperson when required
- Create and publish PR-related content for digital platforms, including the company website and social media channels
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- At least seven years of experience in strategic and operational PR work, preferably from a larger company or agency
- Experience in crisis communication
- Excellent communication skills, speak and write fluently in English and Finnish
- Thrive in an international, high-performing and complex work environment
- Result-oriented and demonstrate integrity, respect and teaming when working with colleagues
