About the role

  • As part of our Business Consulting Finance team, you will support our clients in the financial sector in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne, Munich or Stuttgart with agile finance transformation, optimizing and transforming financial management (forecasting, planning, controlling, consolidation and reporting), as well as in the areas of finance processes, financial data management, finance analytics and the digitization of the finance function.
  • You develop holistic solutions ranging from the strategic alignment of the business model and the functional design of finance processes and architecture to implementation in the finance architecture and data landscape.
  • Advising national and international financial services companies on the digitization and automation of finance processes using modern low-code/no-code and agentic automation technologies.
  • Designing, developing and implementing generative AI–supported solutions for process automation and decision support in Finance & Controlling.
  • Analyzing existing process and data landscapes, identifying opportunities for intelligent automation, supporting the transformation of the finance function through data integration, process mining, AI-based analytics and automation, and developing appropriate business cases.
  • Developing prototypes and scalable applications with platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow or comparable low-code ecosystems (e.g., Otera).

Requirements

  • Completed degree in economics, business informatics, mathematics or a related field with relevant focus areas.
  • Ideally, experience in modeling and implementing automation/AI-agent architectures or workflow orchestration and initial to several years of experience with low-code platforms, process automation or AI-based solutions in the banking sector or in consulting.
  • Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English.
