About the role
- As part of our Business Consulting Finance team, you will support our clients from the financial services industry in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne, Munich or Stuttgart in their agile finance transformation.
- Advise national and international companies in the financial services and insurance sectors on the optimization and digitization of finance processes (Accounting, Controlling, Regulation, IFRS, HGB, IFRS 17).
- Develop and implement costing and pricing models to improve profitability.
- Further develop management reporting, performance measurement and cost/revenue control within Finance & Risk Management.
- Design and implement executive dashboards and BI-supported decision-making tools for strategic and operational management.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Mathematics or a comparable program with a focus on Finance, Controlling or Insurance.
- Ideally, knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, HGB, IFRS 17) and modern controlling methods.
- Experience with SAP Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud, BI tools or cloud-based reporting systems.
- Background in insurance and an affinity for technology.
- Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English.
