About the role

  • Support national and international companies in the financial services and insurance sectors with the implementation of regulatory and strategic requirements in data management (e.g., BCBS 239 / RDARR, MaRisk, Solvency II)
  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks, role models, and policies for finance and risk data
  • Establish data quality and control concepts including KPI definition, monitoring, and data quality reporting
  • Analyze and document data flows (data lineage) and use metadata management and business glossary tools to ensure transparency and traceability
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of IReF-compliant data architectures, data models, and end-to-end reporting processes

Requirements

  • Degree in economics, business informatics, mathematics or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance, data & analytics
  • Ideally experience with tools such as Collibra, D-Quantum, Informatica or comparable data governance & metadata solutions and knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., BCBS 239, RDARR, MaRisk, VAIT, DORA, Solvency II)
  • Excellent communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English.
