About the role
- Development of product and service innovations: exploring new product ideas and designing forward-looking services that connect user needs with business objectives
- Strategic roadmap planning: developing product strategies, defining and prioritizing features and services based on market and user analyses
- User-centered requirements definition: translating insights into clear requirements and working closely with design, tech, and data teams
- Agile product management: managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch to scaling using agile project management methods such as Scrum or SAFe
- Performance analysis and continuous optimization: monitoring KPIs, deriving improvements, and integrating new technologies to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the agile development of digital products and services
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of ownership, and a hands-on mentality to successfully implement innovative digital products and services
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, and willingness to travel
