About the role

  • Collect, clean, and prepare data from ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems for analysis
  • Use process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Power Automate Process Mining) to visualize and analyze end-to-end processes
  • Identify bottlenecks, compliance deviations, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Work closely with business units to understand process challenges and requirements
  • Support consultants and project managers in delivering process optimization initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs and track the impact of implemented changes
  • Stay updated on process intelligence trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • Experience with process mining platforms (Celonis, UiPath, Signavio)
  • Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Understanding of business process management (BPM) principles
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and automation concepts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities
  • Certifications in process mining or data analytics (appreciated)
  • Experience in FMCG, Retail, Finance, or Supply Chain domains (appreciated)
  • Knowledge of RPA and digital transformation initiatives (appreciated)
