About the role
- Work as a technical consultant to provide advisory services
- Work as a technical architect to propose target architecture
- Work as an implementation & support engineer for customer requirements
- Ability to understand and deliver workload migration across environments
- Troubleshoot Hybrid Cloud Landscape challenges
- Expand knowledge across other infrastructure areas like devOps, Infrastructure automation
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience on OpenShift/OpenStack, SUSE Rancher, or Linux platform
- End-to-end work experience with following technologies: Linux, shell scripting, system monitoring, package management, system security
- RedHat OpenShift or SUSE Rancher container platform
- Neutron - Software-defined networking (SDN), network function virtualization (NFV), Juniper
- Storage technologies like Ceph, Swift, SAN, NAS, iSCSI, GlusterFS
- Virtualization technologies like KVM, VMware, Xen, Hyper-V
- Vulnerability Assessment – System vulnerability scanning, vulnerability remediation plan & execution
- Security - Identity and access management (IAM), security protocols, encryption, compliance
- Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, Docker
- Database Management - MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, NoSQL
- DevOps practice - CI/CD pipelines, version control, monitoring tools
- Programming and Scripting - Python, Bash, Ruby
