About the role
- Lead rapid diagnostics and detailed IT due diligence to assess a company’s current and future technology landscape.
- Analyze target data to evaluate technology capabilities, cost drivers, systems architecture, and IT contractual obligations.
- Develop insights and hypotheses on critical technology issues and actively contribute to team discussions.
- Interpret IT benchmarks and qualitative data to provide clients with a clear view of typical IT functions and maturity.
- Manage end-to-end IT due diligence engagements.
Requirements
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably with a technology focus) from an accredited institution.
- 7–10 years of technology consulting experience with emphasis on deal advisory, integration, and separation processes.
- Proven expertise in assessing IT processes, technologies, and frameworks, including:
- Application Support & Maintenance
- Application Portfolio Rationalization
- Network & Data Center Operations
- Infrastructure Optimization (consolidation, rationalization, cost savings)
- Enterprise applications (ERP, CRM)
- Technology assessment/diligence
- Digital Transformation and AI readiness
