About the role
- Define the visual style, tone, and aesthetic for leadership messages, studio shows, news desk programs, employee communications, interviews, and panel formats
- Lead all camera-related decisions and execution
- Design lighting layouts for various sets
- Ensure the studio space visually aligns with brand guidelines and maintain set pieces
- Participate in concept development with content teams and create shot lists
Requirements
- 5–8 years in cinematography, lighting, or visual design (studio experience preferred)
- Strong command of studio cameras (cinema/mirrorless/PTZ)
- Lighting for video
- Chroma key techniques
- Multi-camera production
- Composition & framing
- Familiarity with virtual sets and newsroom-style productions
- Degree/diploma in Film, Fine Arts, Media Production, Design, or related fields
