About the role
- 국내외 독립성 규정 준수에 대한 점검 (재무적 이해관계, 고용관계 등)
- 글로벌 및 법인 정책 준수를 위한 독립성 compliance 업무 (독립성 확인서 제출 안내/모니터링, 독립성 교육 이수 안내/모니터링 등)
- 독립성 교육 영문 번역 검토 및 내부 임직원 독립성 교육
- 독립성 시스템 관련 질의 대응 및 안내 가이던스 작성
Requirements
- 경력 3년 이상의 컴플라이언스 업무 경력 보유자
- 새로운 업무를 습득하는 속도가 빠르고 multi-tasking이 가능한 자
- 비즈니스 이슈에 대한 높은 이해도 및 구조화 능력 보유한 자
- 회계법인 근무 경험 보유한 자 우대
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 우수자 우대
