About the role
- Serve as an advisor to the global EY Real Estate network
- Deliver high quality strategic advice through every phase of the real estate and M&A lifecycle
- Support accounts and M&A advisors on major transactions
- Work with clients to address their most complex corporate real estate technology issues
- Apply expertise to assist clients with strategic and/or operational corporate real estate issues
- Lead and direct teams of professionals
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Generate and manage new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related field plus 8 years of experience
- 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience
- 7 years of experience with CRE related transaction advisory engagements
- 5 years of experience with one of the core CRE consulting disciplines
- 7 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
- 3 years of experience with industry valuation tools such as ARGUS Enterprise
- 3 years of experience leading and mentoring teams of at least 3 people
- Requires travel of up to 75%, of which 25% may be international
