About the role

  • Serve as an advisor to the global EY Real Estate network
  • Deliver high quality strategic advice through every phase of the real estate and M&A lifecycle
  • Support accounts and M&A advisors on major transactions
  • Work with clients to address their most complex corporate real estate technology issues
  • Apply expertise to assist clients with strategic and/or operational corporate real estate issues
  • Lead and direct teams of professionals
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Generate and manage new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related field plus 8 years of experience
  • 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience
  • 7 years of experience with CRE related transaction advisory engagements
  • 5 years of experience with one of the core CRE consulting disciplines
  • 7 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
  • 3 years of experience with industry valuation tools such as ARGUS Enterprise
  • 3 years of experience leading and mentoring teams of at least 3 people
  • Requires travel of up to 75%, of which 25% may be international
