About the role
- Provide exceptional testing subject matter expertise
- Collaborate with clients to drive transformational change
- Plan, implement and assure quality for large complex testing projects
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Coach team members to foster an innovative and inclusive work environment
- Develop client relationships and support sales efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Approximately 3 years of relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of Guidewire experience
- Experience working in the insurance sector
- Excellent collaboration and teaming skills
- Technical competency experience with Test Strategy & Operating Model Development
- Guidewire certifications preferred
- Relevant industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, PMP or other specialized IT certifications
