About the role
- leading and designing/developing automated solutions including unit testing, functional testing, UI testing and performance testing
- maintaining automated regression suites/packages compliant with changing requirements and features
- collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams
- defining app features with the design team
- ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications
- identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks
- fixing application bugs before the final release
- publishing application on App Store
- maintaining the code and automation of the application
- designing and implementing application updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree required
- minimum of 7+ years of experience
- strong working knowledge of current market trends in mobile applications servicing consumers for financial industry
- strong technical capability in coding languages
- insights to social media and customer behaviors/needs/preferences with respect to mobile applications
- ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- experience analyzing complex data for mobile application development
- designing and building native mobile applications for iOS or Android
- develop and document test UI automation and application framework enhancements in Java + Appium
- must have experience in mobile automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Appium, Espresso, XCUITest)
- hands-on experience designing/building automation frameworks from scratch or open source tools
- Mobile Test Automation with Appium is a must
- Selenium Test NG
