About the role
- Lead and oversee end-to-end drawback programs
- Interpret and apply 19 CFR Part 190 (TFTEA)
- Design methodology for commercial interchangeability and substitution under TFTEA
- Manage claim calculations, duty/tax/fee components
- Prepare clients for CBP audits, exams, and desk reviews
- Drive process automation (e.g., Alteryx/SQL/Python)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and either a JD, CPA or a U.S. Customs broker license
- Approximately 10 or more years of related work experience
- Deep technical knowledge of global customs, import and export topics
- Experience in professional services
- Foreign language capabilities encouraged
