About the role
- Provide functional and/or technical experience and insights on customer-centric digital grid transformation
- Lead development of solution evaluation criteria, RFP support, vendor assessment activities
- Facilitate client workshops, interviews and collaboration forums
- Identify and implement delivery improvements
- Develop and deliver status updates and communications
- Manage resource demand, staffing and allocation
Requirements
- Proven business, consulting or technical experience in one or more digital grid domains: AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS, EV charging/electrification, DSM programs, or distributed energy enablement
- For Manager: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of related work experience or a graduate degree and four years of related work experience
- For Senior Consultant: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years of related work experience or a graduate degree and one year of related work experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
