About the role

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake to closure, ensuring compliance and accurate data entry in all systems.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business priorities and talent needs, set clear expectations, and design sourcing strategies and timelines that align with hiring goals.
  • Source top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, AI-driven tools, market insights, and other digital sourcing platforms.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Lead pre-screening conversations to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and readiness for next-stage interviews.
  • Drive evaluation and selection processes, coaching interviewers and delivering tailored training where needed.
  • Embed DEI principles into sourcing and selection, promoting inclusive practices and balanced representation.
  • Leverage dashboards and data insights to monitor pipeline health, identify trends, and influence hiring decisions through evidence-based strategies.
  • Create a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely engagement, building trust with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, recruitment events, and career fairs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition, with strong knowledge of recruitment systems and best practices.
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques and tools, with a track record of success in sourcing technical talent.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation, able to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Solution-focused mindset, proactive in process improvement and structured problem-solving.
  • Ability to analyse data and apply insights to influence hiring outcomes.
  • Commitment to delivering a seamless candidate experience and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
  • Experience in professional services or consulting recruitment.
  • Familiarity with digital recruitment marketing strategies.
  • CIPD certification (or equivalent).
