About the role
- Take responsibility for ongoing payroll processing for national and international clients — precise, reliable, and punctual
- Ensure employee and company master data are up to date, accurate and maintained
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, handle correspondence with authorities, and act as the first point of contact for our clients
- Work closely with our team and develop tailored solutions for payroll-related questions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing and completed training as a payroll accountant
- Commercial education (HAK/HAS) is a plus
- Confident user of MS Office; ideally some experience with BMD
- Excellent German and English skills — you are comfortable communicating in both languages
- Team spirit & a passion for numbers: you enjoy working in a team, have a strong eye for accuracy and never lose sight of the details
