• Support the SMM (Strategic Meetings Management) program through the coordination and execution of large-scale internal and client events
• Work with meeting sponsors to understand business needs and provide value-based solutions
• Consult with meeting sponsor to understand logistical requirements of the event
• Develop cost-effective and sustainable meeting plans
• Recommend appropriate meeting platforms and manage meeting logistics
• Travel to manage logistical aspects of the meeting on-site
