About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement and optimize cloud-native security automation and engineering initiatives using AWS Cloud and other tools/technologies
- Secure cloud-native applications across containers, serverless environments, and virtual machines
- Design secure cloud architectures
- Embed security into CI/CD pipelines
- Develop and enforce policies for secure cloud-native deployments
- Drive security automation and DevSecOps maturity across teams
- Create dashboards and reports for executive visibility into cloud risk posture
- Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2–3 years of cloud technology experience
- Sound understanding of secure CI/CD implementation processes, advanced techniques, and integration
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with a CSPM tool such as Prisma, Orca Security, Wiz, or Defender
- 1+ years of experience with a vulnerability management tool such as Qualys
- At least 2 years of Python development for automation
- 1+ years of Terraform/CloudFormation experience for secure cloud infrastructure provisioning
- 2–3 years of experience in cloud security and multi-cloud governance, with priority in AWS Cloud
- Foundational knowledge of cloud security tools and multi-cloud environments
- Proficiency in Python for automation and Terraform/CloudFormation templates for IaC automation
- Strong understanding of cloud-native security, container security, and serverless protection
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
