About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain contextual understanding of assigned service areas and business objectives
- Represent business objectives when interfacing with project team members
- Capture business context, current and future states, objectives, business needs and impacted users
- Develop business, user and technical requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements
- Establish requirements traceability to the business vision
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle and maintain customer/project-team agreements
- Communicate with business users, IT personnel and testing personnel
- Ensure requirements are clear, unambiguous, implementable and testable
- Guide IT teams and business sponsors through ambiguity and business process change
- Define stakeholder requirements with project managers and business customers
- Plan and conduct requirements elicitation, analysis, specification and validation
- Facilitate requirements meetings and workshops, including sessions with 20+ participants
- Write and review requirements documentation, including Use Cases
- Ensure requirements change-control and change-management procedures are followed
- Understand business cases and project scope
- Apply approved Information Security business analysis processes, methodologies and deliverables
- Manage the Azure DevOps backlog in an agile Digital Experience Product Team
- Support Adobe-based EY global platforms with Global Delivery teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- 7 years in a large corporate IT environment
- 5+ years as a business analyst across various IT disciplines
- SAFe Agile Certification
- Adobe DX product experience
- Relevant experience in application development, deployment/implementation and infrastructure
- Significant work experience in IT infrastructure and security projects
- Strong working knowledge or experience with Identity and Access Management
- Extensive experience writing and reviewing business, user and non-functional/system level requirements
- Experience selecting and executing elicitation techniques
- Experience developing and deploying formal business analysis methods and tools
- Understanding of requirements models including Use Cases, Process Maps, Data Models, State Diagrams and Activity Diagrams
- English fluency, including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Flexibility to work outside typical hours as required by a global team
- Flexibility to travel on a very limited basis
- CBAP certification, ITIL familiarity, AEM or other Adobe certifications, professional services/global IT experience, Information Security knowledge, IIBA BABOK familiarity and Enterprise Search Implementation experience are preferred or desired
